Yes — each package carries the warranty shown when you book. Following the aftercare advice keeps it valid.

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Installed or used products and services already carried out can't be returned. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Once your return is approved, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method and COD orders to your bank account or UPI. Banks usually take 5–7 business days to show it.
