Pay the way that suits you — online or when your order arrives.

Payment Methods

  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and other UPI apps.
  • Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and more.
  • Net banking and wallets.
  • EMI on eligible cards.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Secure Payments

Online payments are processed by trusted payment partners over encrypted connections. Carzelo never sees or stores your full card details.

Cash on Delivery

  • COD is available for eligible orders and pin codes, shown at checkout.
  • We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before dispatch.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.

EMI

EMI is offered through our payment partners on eligible cards. Any interest or processing fee is set by your bank and shown before you pay.

PPF & Coating Booking Payments

When you book PPF, ceramic or graphene coating online, you pay a booking amount to confirm your slot. The balance is paid at installation.

Prices & Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). You'll receive an invoice with your order.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If money was deducted but your order wasn't confirmed, it's usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it isn't, contact us with the transaction details and we'll help.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method. Refunds for COD orders are sent to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us.
