Terms & Conditions.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Please give us accurate details — name, phone number, delivery address and vehicle information — so we can deliver and fit the right product.
• You're responsible for keeping your account login safe and for activity on your account.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

We list the car makes, models and years each product fits. Please select your vehicle carefully before ordering — if you're unsure, call us and we'll confirm the fit for you.

• Product photos are for illustration; colour, texture and finish can look slightly different on screen.
• Fitment can vary with variant, trim or aftermarket changes to your car. If a product doesn't fit, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. If an item is listed at a wrong price because of an error, or goes out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, can't be delivered to your pin code, or can't be verified. Payment options and rules are covered in our Payment Policy.

• Home and studio installations are booked for a date and time slot, subject to availability.
• For home installation, please make sure the car is available and parked in a safe, accessible spot, with the keys ready.
• Our technicians fit the product as described. Work beyond that — wiring changes, modifications or repairs — isn't included unless agreed in advance.
• If we need to reschedule because of weather, safety or other reasons outside our control, we'll contact you to agree a new slot.

Paint Protection Film, ceramic and graphene coating bookings are confirmed with a booking amount, and the balance is paid at installation. The final finish depends on the condition of your car's paint; we'll inspect it and let you know before starting if any correction work is needed.

The Carzelo name, logo, website design, text, photos and videos belong to Carzelo or our partners. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, Carzelo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or products fitted or modified by anyone other than our team. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Delhi, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
